BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

Payment
When you book Little Marshfoot you should pay the amount due by sending a cheque made out to Patricia Flowers.
You will receive written confirmation together with an invoice for the total property rental charge, which should be paid not less than six weeks before your due arrival date.
If you book less than six weeks before the arrival date the full amount for your holiday rental is due immediately.
Separate arrangements for a direct bank transfer can be made for visitors from overseas.

Cancellation of your booking
If you have to cancel your booking please contact Little Marshfoot as soon as possible.
The cancellation should then be confirmed in writing.
We would make every attempt to re let the property, but if this is not possible then the following table gives the cancellation policy on refunds:

 

Booking Conditions
25% of the rental fee is payable at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Until we receive this 25% deposit, we will not hold your booking (unless otherwise agreed) and we will continue to make the property available on the website.
The balance must be paid six weeks before the start of your visit.
If we do not receive the balance by this deadline, we will release your booking and make the property available again on the website.
If in the meantime we receive a booking from someone else, we will let the property to that other person and return the money that we have received from you, less an administration charge equal to 10% of the rental fee

 

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, we will make the property available again on the website.
If we do not get a substitute booking for the same period, you will forfeit all of the deposit and any balance that you have paid us.
If we are able to secure a substitute booking, we will return the money that we have received from you, less an administration charge equal to 10% of the rental fee.
• More than 42 days before arrival Full refund of deposit
• 35 to 42 days before arrival 50% of rental is refunded

• Less than 42 days before arrival no refund is applicable
These terms apply for the cancellation of all bookings.
No refunds will be given on a pro rata basis, if you have to curtail your rental by one or more days.

We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance

Obviously if we manage to resell your weeks within the six week gap then we will refund your money - we try to be ethical in our transactions.
